Ben is a Master’s student in Gastronomic Tourism at the Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastián, Spain. Before starting his Master’s program, Ben studied economics with a specific focus on international travel at Harvard University in the US. Ben loves how food travel is a way of appreciating, connecting, and exchanging ideas among different communities around the world. In his free time, you can find Ben playing sports (basketball, soccer, or golf), reading a book, cooking, listening to music, or playing the drums. Ben values exploration and hopes to find work post-grad that encompasses his interests of food, travel, and economics.
