Eduarda Cividini Pagnussat is a Tourism Bachelor’s Degree undergraduate student at Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), Brazil. She has been the holder of a National Council for Scientific and Technological Development – Scientific Initiation Research Scholarship for three years. At UFPR, she is part of TerroirTur, a research group with some of the leading researchers in the fields of wine and coffee hospitality and tourism in Brazil. She is interested in understanding the relations between food, place, and hospitality, as well as in cultural tourism research. Her general hobbies include listening to music, travelling and reading.
