Elise is the Founder and CEO of Bechamels, a Paris based consulting agency aiming at promoting local identities through food history.

Apart from her 20 years of expertise in “Customer Relationship Management” working for the IT industry, she attended the prestigious Ferrandi culinary school and holds a diploma in French wines as well as a Master’s degree in Political Science.

Specialized in Culture and Foreign Affairs, she is passionate about gastrodiplomacy, which she advocates in France and abroad.

Elise is an Ambassador in France for the World Food and Travel Association.
