I am currently a graduate student at the University of Gastronomic Sciences, Pollenzo, offering Food Innovation and Management. I have some experience working with various NGOs in Ghana in different fields, thus Food sovereignty, sustainable food system, market accessibility, gender, and working closely with local producers. As a Gastronome, knowing more about the world’s food culture and culinary systems has been my passion. I also love travelling to explore new places and meeting people for I know learning is a never-ending profession and as such crave to build on my knowledge and skills. I hope that my work with the World Food Travel Association will bring to bear my skills to impact this growing industry.
