Hilda Labignette

Hilda is a licensed Tourist Guide for Eco-Cultural and Culinary tours in leading destinations in the Philippines. She’s also an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Tourism at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. She has worked as a Chef, and a food content creator for one of the largest French recipe-sharing websites for several years before embarking on the tour and travel business when she returned to Manila. She is above all a food enthusiast advocating for sustainable tourism and culinary history. She is currently working on a “Food is Culture” research project. She is also currently interning at the World Food Travel Association, and she also recently completed her junior ambassador certification for the Association.
