Hubert has written a dozen tourism development and branding strategies in Poland. He organised conferences on food travel during main tourism events in Poland. He has established one of the first and most successful culinary trails in Polish cities and regions. He discovered that food can greatly enrich the destination brand experience. On this basis, he made food travel an important part of almost every tourism development strategy he wrote. He organized a national event called restaurant night that aimed to promote local cuisine. He cooperated with hundreds of chefs on this project, discovering many new local tastes and products. He also ran complex food travel promotion projects for Poznan, Gdansk, and Bialystok, covering strategy building, website development, workshops, events, social media planning, and the creation and publication of food travel guides. He works to improve the Polish culinary travel sector by delivering speeches and workshops. He is a member of a council of Polish Culinary Trails Consortium, which is affiliated with the Polish Tourism Organization. Hubert is a certified ambassador in Poland of the World Food Travel Association.
