I am currently studying International Tourism Development at La Sorbonne. Food, travel and music are my main interests. For my thesis, I am working on how gastronomy helps Bretagne (in France) promote its territory and attract tourists. I am also very interested in inclusive tourism and how gastronomy can help to reduce poverty in local communities.
