Sandra Eysseric

I am thrilled to join the World Food Travel Association as an ambassador in the Lyon area. As for my professional background, I have an executive assistant BTS (advanced vocational training certificate) and have worked as an assistant in a range of different fields. I worked for the MEDEF (like a regional business incubator/chamber of commerce) to support and represent more than 10,000 businesses from our region. However, I have always been passionate about gastronomy.

Over the past few years, I shared my gastronomic discoveries, passion for cuisine and personal favorites on Facebook and Instagram. My blog Happy Foodie helps epicureans like you to understand and follow my passion.

I hold a WSET level 2 diploma in wines and spirits, and was awarded a diploma in Advanced Studies in Gastronomy (HEG). The HEG provides challenging and unique experiences for individuals from around the globe, to work with respected researchers and experts in Paris and Champagne, and explore the multidisciplinary world of taste and gastronomy. I am a member of Toques Francaises Association, which promotes French gastronomy, both in ‍France ‍and around the ‍world.

Sandra serves as an Ambassador for the Association in the Lyon, France area.
