Slovenia Taste of Place Study Tour

Ljubljana and Eastern Slovenia In cooperation with Culinary Heritage Network

Spend five days uncovering the secrets of Slovenian cuisine alongside other trade professionals. The tour opens in Ljubljana before heading east to meet the producers and traditions that shape the region's Taste of Place.

Green Destinations Global Summit

Kranj, Slovenia

Erik Wolf presents gastronomy as a strategic tool for redistributing visitor flows, introducing taste landscapes as a way to activate under-visited areas and strengthen local economies beyond the primary urban centers.

DESTINATION ROUNDTABLES

An area roundtable gathers local culinary tourism stakeholders to discuss ideas, challenges, and concerns about developing and promoting culinary tourism. Hosted informally by our Association and free to attend, these meetings are typically online but can also be in-person, always moderated by a local Association Ambassador.
