BUSINESS CULINARY HERITAGE CERTIFICATION
Does your food, beverage, tourism or hospitality business focus on traditional foods, historic cooking methods, centuries-old agricultural products, handed-down family recipes, or similar concepts? If so, you might be eligible for business certification, which recognizes your contribution to safeguarding your area's culinary heritage and culture.
Business certifications take place in person by an inspector, with advance notice, using a clear set of grading criteria that we share with you upfront.
