FOODTREX TRADE SUMMITS
Our FoodTreX Trade Summits bring together destinations and their key stakeholders, with tour operators, media and other interested parties, to focus on the business of culinary tourism development and promotion. Unlike largely educational events, FoodTreX Summits are designed more with B2B networking opportunities in mind - to help drive sales to small businesses and attract new tourists to various destinations — many of which are lesser-known. Held in person and on a regional basis, our summits foster collaboration and innovation among like-minded hospitality professionals.
AREA ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSIONS
An area roundtable gathers local culinary tourism stakeholders to discuss ideas, challenges, and concerns about developing and promoting culinary tourism. Hosted informally by our Association and free to attend, these meetings are typically online but can also be in-person, always moderated by a local Association Ambassador.
