Starting with episode 69, we made a few changes to our podcast, starting with the name. The new name "Taste of Place" is a term we coined more than a decade ago. It is more concise and meaningful to our industry than our previous podcast name. We also shifted our guest profile to feature those working to preserve culinary culture and heritage, which are key reasons food lovers travel. Then starting with episode 72, we began publishing video versions of the podcast as well.
