In this episode #44, we speak with Roberta Muir , a cookbook author, freelance food and lifestyle writer and CEO of Be Inspired home recipe kits, who loves sharing her passion for cooking, eating, drinking and traveling while promoting and connecting with great producers, products and chefs. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Gastronomy and is also a qualified Sherry educator and cheese judge. Roberta also authored “A Lombardian Cookbook” and “A Sardinian Cookbook” with two prominent Sydney-based Italian chefs. But perhaps she is best known for managing Australia’s largest recreational cooking school, the Sydney Seafood School at Sydney Fish Market, from 1997-2021. A keen cook, enthusiastic diner, and adventurous traveler, Roberta shares her recipes and experiences through her own website and weekly newsletters. She lives in Sydney with her husband – photographer, spirits expert, and fellow food lover – Franz Scheurer.
